We managed the entire process of developing a vision training device for improving amblyopia in children, from R&D to product commercialization. Typically, amblyopia is treated with an eye patch, which can be uncomfortable and distressing for children. Seeking a technological solution to address this issue, we conducted extensive R&D and launched the product as part of a startup venture.
